One of the six suspects in the Balchuck lane double murder was in court this morning.
A brief hearing was held at the Nueces County Jail for 26-year-old Jordan Gosson.
Gosson has been charged with capital murder in the deaths of Arturo and Miriam Lopez.
The Lopez’ were shot during a home invasion on Balchuck Lane on April 2.
During today’s hearing, Gosson was told of the charge he’s facing, and his bond was set at $1 million.
Gosson told the judge he’s hired an attorney to represent him.
