Myra grew up with a love for Journalism, Theatre Arts, and Filmmaking and often would experiment with other creative mediums.
Myra loves writing, filming, drawing, painting, and just being creative overall. She is beginning to dabble in portrait photography.
Myra received her Associate's Degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Journalism from Del Mar College in 2016. She then graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, emphasizing in Media Production.
After graduation, Myra began her career in the news industry right here in the Coastal Bend. Myra loves sharing people's stories in the community she lives in, as well as exploring and documenting life around the world.
When Myra is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two children and her small chihuahua named Belle.
