Roland Rodriguez was on North Beach early this morning where the flood-prone area is still underwater, and he showed us a couple of spots that have temporarily become rivers and part of the beach due to Hanna's rains.

North Beach continues to be closed off to both pedestrian and vehicular traffic, due to storm surges that have moved the bay's waters all the way up to the beachfront parking meters.
Water levels remain high in the area, so avoid it if possible.
