CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Coastal Bend Food Bank is offering a free eight-week program to teach people about diabetes prevention and self-management skills.
The classes are taught by a registered nurse.
It's a two-hour class one day a week and is set set to begin on Jan. 11.
Morning and evening classes are available.
