With the threat of COVID-19, health authorities say it's more important than ever to get your flu shot this year.
But the pandemic is affecting where and when you can get the shot.
Lots of folks could get their vaccinations where they work.
But that's no longer an option for people working from home.
However, you can get a flu shot at retail pharmacies, doctors' offices and local health departments.
And there will be several vaccine options available this year.
They are the standard vaccine, a high dose vaccine for seniors, and egg-free vaccine and the nasal spray.
New this year, what’s called the quadrivalent high-dose vaccine for adults age 65 and over.
It protects against four strains of the flu, compared to just three strains last year.
