I scream, you scream, we all scream for... mustard ice cream?

French's announced this week the launch of a new ice cream flavor for National Mustard Day on Saturday.

That's right — they created yellow mustard ice cream. It's for a limited time only.

"Yes, and it's delicious!" the company said in a tweet.

French's partnered with Coolhaus Ice Cream to celebrate the special mustard day.

The ice cream is only available for purchase in New York or Los Angeles at a Coolhaus location. However, they provided a video on their website to make mustard ice cream at home.

"Yeah, it's really French's ice cream. Because August 3rd is National Mustard Day, and after 115 years of using mustard to add something bold and unique to standard fare, we thought, 'What about ice cream?'" French's said on its website.
