5:33 p.m. - Nueces County reported 26 new COVID cases on Sunday, upping the pandemic-wide local total to 19,635. The country reports that 84 COVID patients currently are in the hospital, including 31 in ICU.
4:01 p.m. - The Nueces County Public Health District received notification of one COVID-related death on Sunday, pushing the local pandemic-wide total to 390. The deceased patient was a male in his 40s. His comorbidities included chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and liver disease.
9/12 updates:
11:45 p.m. - Kleberg County reports one additional COVID-19 case and two COVID-19 deaths Saturday night, pushing its total to 958 COVID cases and 37 deaths during the pandemic.
The county has also removed 23 patients from isolation, dropping its active case count to 70.
5:57 p.m. - Nueces County reported 52 new COVID cases on Saturday, pushing the pandemic-wide local total to 19,609. The county reports that 78 COVID patients currently are in the hospital, including 27 in ICU. The county reports that 2,403 COVID patients have been hospitalized during the pandemic and 16,204 patients have recovered.
4:20 p.m. - Nueces County Public Health District received notification of four COVID-19 related deaths, pushing the local pandemic-wide total to 389 COVID deaths. The patients were three males and a female with ages ranging in their 60s (3), and 80s.
9/11 updates:
8:29 p.m - Kleberg County officials report another COVID-19 related death and three additional COVID-19 cases late Friday. The county had 17 individuals removed from isolation, dropping our active case count to 94. the cumulative count in the county is now 957.
Testing returns to the JK Northway Expo Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Testing will continue through Tuesday. It is free and open to the public.
4:56 p.m. - Nueces County reported 48 new COVID cases on Friday, pushing the pandemic-wide total to 19,557. The county reports that 16,204 patients have recovered during the pandemic.
4:11 p.m. - Nueces County reported two more COVID deaths on Friday, pushing the pandemic-wide total to 385. The patients were a male and female with ages ranging in their 50s and 70s. The comorbidities of the patients included hypertension, coronary artery disease and chronic kidney disease.
9/10 updates:
5:07 p.m. Nueces County is reporting 21 new cases, for a total of 19,509 reported cases since March. Of those cases, 16,204 have recovered, with 99 patients being treated in hospitals and 36 remain in ICU.
4:50 p.m. Aransas County is reporting 298 total diagnosed cases.
4:10 p.m. Nueces County reported one death Thursday. The patient, a woman in her 80s, had underlying conditions such as high-blood pressure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
2:50 p.m. Kleberg County and Kingsville is reporting two deaths Thursday, and seven new cases. There have been a total of 952 reported cases.
9/9 updates:
8:16 p.m. Nueces County reported 99 new cases on Wednesday, increasing the total number of reported COVID-19 cases to 19,488. Of those cases, 112 patients remain hospitalized, with 39 in the ICU, while 16,204 have recovered.
4:42 p.m. Nueces County reported one new COVID-19-related death on Wednesday. The patient is a man in his 50s, who suffered from hypertension and diabetes. His death brings the county's cumulative count to 382.
2:27 p.m. San Patricio County is reporting a total of 1,369 confirmed cases, while Aransas County is reporting 298.
1:43 p.m. Jim Wells County is reporting 16 new cases for a reported total of 1,353 cases in that county. Brooks County reported seven additional cases Wednesday, for a total of 279 reported cases. Of those, 229 patients have recovered and 20 patients died.
1:40 p.m Duval County has had 390 reported COVID-19 cases. Of those, 10 have died.
1:34 p.m. Jim Hogg County is reporting a total of 87 cases. Of those patients, 63 have recovered and two have died.

10:41 p.m. Kleberg County and Kingsville reported 34 new cases since the Labor Day weekend. The county's cumulative count is 945 cases, and it has had 31 COVID-19-related deaths.
5:14 p.m. Nueces County has reported 12 new cases for Tuesday, bringing the county's total to 19,375 reported cases. Of those patients, 16,204 have recovered.
4:13 p.m. - Nueces County officials reported three COVID-related deaths Tuesday, bringing the total number of reported deaths in the county to 381`. The patients were two men and a woman, with ages ranging between 30 and 69. Underlying medical conditions include hypertension, chronic kidney disease and asthma.

5:30 p.m. Nueces County reports 55 new cases Monday, bringing the total number of reported cases to 19,389.
3:58 p.m. - Nueces County officials confirmed two more COVID-related deaths Monday, pushing the pandemic-wide local death total to 378. The patients were two males with ages ranging in their 70s and 80s. The comorbidities of the patients included cancer, diabetes, and liver disease.
2:47 p.m. - 295 total cases reported in Aransas county
2:46 p.m. - 1,351 total cases reported in San Patricio county
2:38 p.m. - 13 additional confirmed cases in Jim Wells County brings the total number of cases to 1,328.
2:38 p.m. - Brooks County reports that they remain at 272 total cases.
