The Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History newest exhibit highlights community efforts to preserve the Coastal Bend’s precious natural resources.

The Coastal Bend Bays Foundation has set up a new temporary exhibit featuring 20 years of posters from Earth Day Bay Day

Foundation leaders say the collaboration is a perfect fit to showcase the history of community efforts to preserve the natural beauty of Coastal Bend.

The exhibit will run through April 5 at the museum.

“It’s very important that our citizens, our business and our industry understand the importance of our bays, our estuaries and our fresh water resources,” said Danielle Converse, president of the Coastal Bend Bays Foundation. “Without them, many of the things that are vital to our survival would not be possible.”

Following it’s time at the museum, the exhibit will be on display at this year’s Earth Day Bay Day event”” at Heritage Park on April 6.
