PORTLAND, Texas — Chick-fil-A officials have confirmed they are actively pursuing a location for a new store in Portland in 2021.
"While we are still very early in the process, Chick-fil-A is happy to share that we are actively pursuing a new location in Portland, TX," Chick-fil-A Inc. officials said in a prepared release. "We look forward to working through the approval process with the city of Portland and are excited to be at 1400 Wildcat Drive with a potential 2021 opening date. We will be able to share more details at a later date."
The popular chain has six locations in the Corpus Christi area - Calallen, Everhart, La Palmera Mall, Saratoga, Staples and McArdle and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
