Corpus Christi police are looking for a man who robbed a dollar store on the city's south side.
According to police, around 8:40 p.m., a man with a handgun walked into the Dollar General on the 6000 block of Weber Road near Holly Road.
Officers said employees were preparing to close the store when the man showed the clerk a gun, took money from the cash register and fled on foot. He was last seen running south toward a nearby apartment complex.
Luckily, no one was injured and employees told police there weren't any customers in the store.
