A weak and slow moving cold front will stall in south Texas over the weekend. This front will destabilize our atmosphere and result in scattered showers and thundershowers over the weekend. As the front washes out we will return to hot and humid conditions again and only isolated showers for the remainder of next week.
Saturday will be mostly cloudy hot and humid in and around scattered thundershowers that will be on the increase during the afternoon and evening hours with a high near 90. When it is raining temperatures will temporarily drop into the 70’s.
Saturday night will be unsettled with more scattered thundershowers a few with locally heavy rain and a low of 72.
Sunday will be nearly calm with scattered thundershowers mainly in the morning then considerable cloudiness and a humid high of 86.
Expect less rain more sun and hotter beginning on Monday.
