Coach: Quarterback breaks 32-year-old record

It appears a quarterback is on his way to set new records over at Roy Miller High School. That’s because his coach says he had a recording breaking game Thursday night.

Following a win, Thursday night over at Buccaneer Stadium, Miller High School football coach Justen Evens shared a picture Friday morning congratulating his quarterback, Andrew Body.

The post stated, “Congrats to Andrew Body who broke the Miller All-Time TD passing record in a single season with 21 TDS so far.”

“The previous record was held by our own Albert Martinez with 20 TD’s. That was a record held since 1986. Congrats again young man,” the post concluded.

The Battlin Bucs defeated the Carroll Tigers 48 to 13.
