Each treatment takes about an hour, and the treatment size is relatively small.  Your fat tissue has to be pinched into the applicator and a majority of patients will need two hours for one treatment.  After a CoolSculpting® treatment, when the applicator is removed you are left with a large lump of tissue that the practitioner has to massage immediately and you are usually left with bruising and you will be sore.  You can have numbness and tingling in the treatment area due to the freezing that may affect the nerves.  But it does work if the practitioner is well trained to perform your treatment.
