The PACE model of care—Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly—is considered the gold standard of care for seniors nationwide. BrainCare provides daily support for individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injury.

HealthRide:
The simple act of finding transportation to medical care can make all the difference in achieving independence and maintaining health for so many individuals.
HealthRide provides non-emergent transportation for individuals who need a ride to and from medical appointments.
Catering:
Our catering program literally nourishes independence and health in our community by providing catering services for events in our community.
Our extensive culinary skills and service provide you and your guests with a diverse assortment of delicious, fresh and affordable meal options.
