Harris County officials have released a “missing senior alert” for a 75-year-old man with cognitive impairment.
According to the alert, Oscar Baltazar stands 5 foot 8 inches, 210 pounds, bald brown eyes.
He was last in Cypress Texas, seen wearing a baseball cap, marine shirt, blue or black jeans, and flip flops in a 2008 Hummer H3, the license plate number is HSM3365.
The alert says, “Law enforcement officials believe this senior citizen’s disappearance poses a credible threat to their own health and safety.”
