It is Friday! You can now kick back and relax and maybe even enjoy a drink… it’s National Margarita Day!
There are plenty of ways to make a margarita, but everyone knows the classic formula of blanco tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and salt.
Restaurants and bars usually participate in the holiday.
Chuy’s will have drink specials all day and Chili’s will do 3 for $5 margaritas today.
La Playa on Saratoga is offering $.99 House Margaritas and Flavored House Margaritas from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. They will increase to $3.00 for a House Margarita and $3.50 for Flavored Margaritas… with $2.00 off the Playa margarita.
BKK Thai Kitchen + Bar will have a special on their “Matcha Average Margarita,” which is made with Thai chili infused tequila, yuzu and combier orange.
