A power outage affected over 1,200 AEP customers in Corpus Christi this morning and shut down a portion of Alameda, from Robert Drive to Eldon Drive.
Just after midnight, a car accident left the area without power. Power was restored to about 400 customers at around 2 a.m.
771 customers went without power near Robert Drive and Alameda Street until around 9 this morning.
