Driving while license invalid or suspended charges being forgiven

The Nueces County District Attorney’s Office will dismiss any case (or count) of driving while license invalid or driving while license suspended upon proof of a current, valid driver license from Texas or any other state in the United States for the entire month of December 2018.

Proof of a valid driver license may be presented through:
-Provision of the physical driver license
-Provision of a certified driver’s record
(Texas Driver’s Records may be requested at the following link: www.dps.texas.gov/DriverLicense/driverrecords.htm)

Proof of the driver license may be tendered in the following ways:
-In person, at the Nueces County District Attorney’s Office
-Via e-mail at da.media@nuecesco.com
-Via fax at 361-888-0474
-Via mail:  901 Leopard St., Rm. 206, Corpus Christi, TX  78401

Provide the appropriate cause number; defendant’s name and DOB; and any other information you have on the case at the time of provision of the proof.
This program only applies to driving while license invalid/driving while license suspended charges and NOT DWI or other charges.
