Corpus Christi, TX – Aislynn Campbell, Founder and Executive Director of GROW Local South Texas, will announce her candidacy for Mayor of Corpus Christi tonight.
“I will be running a campaign unlike anything Corpus Christi has ever seen and no matter the outcome, our city will win with the conversations I’m bringing to the mayoral race,” Campbell said. It’s time to have some hard conversations about what our city wants to be today and where we’re going. These conversations are very past due.”
At this evening’s announcement, Campbell will speak about her history in and with Corpus Christi, her success and the four points of focus she will adopt as mayor.
The announcement is scheduled for 6 p.m. On ‘Old Shoreline Blvd.’ outside of the Art Center of Corpus Christi.
