Whataburger Field will be the site for Game 1 of the three-game Class 5A high school state playoffs series between the Veterans Memorial Eagles and Laredo Martin Tigers on Thursday.
Gates to the ballpark will open at 4:30 p.m. First pitch is slated for 5:30 p.m.
General admission seating is now sale at the Whataburger Field box office. Adult tickets are $5.50, ages 4-18 are $3.50, and children under 3 get in free.
