Seven homeless people were found living inside a property in the 600 block of Furman Avenue during a follow-up after a recent fire.

The longstanding vacant building is repeatedly plagued by break-ins.

The Corpus Christi Code Enforcement and representatives from Dean & Wallace Real Estate have covered a total of four entrances.

Code Enforcement says some of these spots from those areas include an entry from the ground.

There, the indigents would remove bricks and crawl into the building.
