Members of the community gathered at Heritage Park to sign waivers before participating in the Harbor Bridge Walk today.
Locals and visitors participating in the walk get the opportunity to experience the breathtaking views from the Harbor Bridge.
The walk takes place every month, on the Sunday following the first Friday ArtWalk.
The event starts at 8 a.m. at Heritage Park, where participants must sign a waiver. The walk begins at 8:30 a.m.
There is an alternate route called the “Bay Route” for walkers with dogs, baby strollers or children.
You can earn a Bridge Walk T-Shirt by doing the following:
- Collect a BridgeWalk card from the Information tent
- Have the card stamped
- Repeat on 4 other occasions
- When you have 5 stamps, collect your T-shirt
