Young scholars from across the Coastal Bend are invited to bring the family to the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History (1900 N. Chaparral) Saturday for some STEAM fun!
The STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) Family Fun Day is a partnership between the museum and the Junior League of Corpus Christi’s R.O.C.K.E.T.S. (Raising Our Chidlren’s Knowledge by Educating Through Science) effort.
Attendees will be able to make Mosaic Art pieces, Electrical Circuit Flashlights, Balloon Towers and Dry-Ice Bubbles, as well as complete a math activity in the Museum Store. Funding for this event comes in part from the HEB Tournament of Champions.
The Family Fun Day will run Jan. 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Regular admission prices apply.
